CALPADS County Certification Reports
Frequently Asked QuestionsNot seeing a Local Educational Agency (LEA) or Independently Reporting Charter (IRC)
First, verify which county the entity falls under; lookup a district or school using the California Department of Education (CDE) California School Directory.
If you still cannot see the entity, please email CALPADS@cde.ca.gov and provide the LEA/IRC name and school code.
Why are some reports not available
Reports will be turned on and off based on submission period and data availability from the CALPADS system. If there is no data from the CALPADS system for a submisison period then county reports for that submission may be disabled.
Why doesn‘t this county report show any data
Data for each county will start populating when at least one LEA submits data to the CALPADS system. If no LEAs under the county have submitted any data then the county report page will not display any data.
What is the data source for the County Certification Reports
This site pulls certification status details for each LEA directly from the CALPADS system.
Are reports saved
Reports on this site are not saved nor archived.
How can I save a report
Reports can be exported using the Export feature found on each County report page or saved using your browser‘s print feature, save as a PDF.
Are there historical reports
No, there are no historical reports. Reports are only available for the current academic year.
My LEA's data looks incorrect, who should I contact
This site uses data pulled directly from the CALPADS system. If your data looks incorrect, please ask your local staff with access to the CALPADS System to verify any inaccurate data. If data from the CALPADS system is correct, but is showing up incorrectly on this site, please contact us at CALPADS@cde.ca.gov.
